The original version of the Selena comic was issuedlast yearand included two exclusive variants for Bedrock City Comics in Houston. The comic follows Selena's now-familiar story, from modest beginnings to international stardom, that we saw in the 1997 movie and Netflix series. Writer Michael Frizell opted for what he hopes is a respectful approach.
